JPROLABS2GO,LLC is a mobile phlebotomy service that offers a variety of lab services within the comfort of your home or at any desired location. We are responsible for verifying and preparing each of our patients specimens properly.. JPROLABS2GO,LLC is responsible for delivering all specimens to the lab for testing. We do not allow patients to transport their own specimens to the lab unless it is a IFOBT stool specimen that allows the patient to mail their sample directly to the lab through the mail.

If lab technician is unsuccessful when collecting a blood sample due to the patient being a hard stick, we will send a different phlebotomist out to redraw the patient with no additional charge. If a blood draw is refused upon arrival then that patient can be rescheduled for a different day; but will still be financially responsible for the mileage charge. We do understand that emergencies can arise so, we will do our best to work something out with the patient.

If a phlebotomist of ours does not draw a sufficient amount of blood,  or draws the wrong tube of blood, incorrectly preps a specimen, are mislabels a specimen; the patient will not be liable for the financial charges of a recollected sample. It is our responsibility that patient specimens are submitted correctly to the lab. Lab results are sent directly to the doctor or nurse. Patient results are not sent to JPROLABS2GO,LLC. It is the responsibility of the patient, doctor, or nurse to follow up for results. Individuals who have test that require rapid testing, then those results will be shown to patient and results will be faxed over to the patient physician,

If for any reason our phlebotomist is unable to drive out to the patient destination due to inclement weather conditions; that is when someone from our team will reach out to the patient regarding the delay. JPROLABS2GO,LLC is not responsible for any errors that are caused by the processing lab. If a processing error is caused by the lab, the patient will be contacted; and rescheduled for a redraw by free of charge. Patient satisfaction is our #1 priority and goal. And although it is hard to meet the expectation of every patient it is still our job; and responsibility to provide supreme quality services each time of service.

Patients are required to make their payments in full the day before or day of service. A invoice is sent to patient through email or given by hand to the patient. A receipt will be left with the patient after laboratory services are complete. Insurance information is needed and attached to lab order for processing purposes at the main lab. We kindly ask that animals be put away so the lab technician can do their job comfortably. We do value our phlebotomist the same as we do our patients. We want to make sure that our lab techs are comfortable upon arrival, that way we can provide our patients with the best phlebotomy services  as possible.
