Two years ago I had the privilege of training Mrs. Moore when she was first hired at LabCorp and we have been friends ever since.

I love working with her because she has an eye for detail. Her motto is "let's get it right the first time" so our patients could be treated in a timely manner. I also admired her interaction with her patients and the depth in which she cared for them. She is an incredible phlebotomist, she is the "go to person" where she works. At ClearLake, some of her patients would not allow anyone else draw them.If she was at lunch, they would sit in the waiting room until she gets back from her lunch break, but if she's not there they would ask when will she be back and leave.

I remembered when she went out on maternity leave and I had to fill in there, countless patients asked about her. They offered their prayers, some wanted to know that she was okay and all of them asked the same questions, when will she be back.

I am so excited that she decided to start her own business. Not only is she an excellent phlebotomist, but she genuinely cares about her patients and the integrity of the specimens. She strives to be the best at anything she does. She is willing to listen and treat everyone with respect.

Nichelle has drawn me and my husband blood several times. This woman is very skillful, and very experienced with hard draws. I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking a Phlebotomist that not only highly skilled but is very compassionate at the same time. We will miss Nichelle dearly.

My parents have been patients of Kelsey Seybold for couple of years, and Mrs. Johnson has always been their Phlebotomist.. Both of my parents are a hard stick, so therefore she always use a butterfly needle to draw their blood, Mrs. Johnson has always found their veins and able to draw blood on the first stick. Mrs. Johnson is always very professional from start to finish. I highly recommend her to be your phlebotomist.
